About Us

Erin Goodhue has over 6 years of work experience at Immigration New Zealand, starting her immigration career as an Immigration Officer in the Auckland Central Skilled Migrant Category team. With the in-depth knowledge of the end-to-end visa assessment process gained from working as an Immigration Officer, she then went on to a Project Manager role within Immigration New Zealand, working on projects aimed at making the processing timeframes of Residence applications more efficient. Following this project work, Erin moved into an Immigration Manager role at the Henderson Area Office, managing a team of Immigration Officers processing Skilled Migrant Category applications.

With the arrival of her first child, Erin took some time out from the workforce to focus on her family. She relocated from Auckland to her hometown of Tauranga with her young son and husband in early 2016, where her passion for immigration led her to begin studying for the Graduate Diploma in New Zealand Immigration Advice. She also has a Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Waikato. Since returning to work in 2017, Erin has been working as a licensed immigration adviser, combining her passion for immigration with a love of meeting and helping people from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.

When she’s not working, Erin enjoys the wonderful family lifestyle that Tauranga has to offer, taking bush walks or spending time at the beach with her husband and three young children.

Being based in Tauranga means that Erin can easily meet with clients in the Tauranga and Bay of Plenty areas, but, as much of her work is done remotely, she can also offer her services to those based anywhere in New Zealand and the rest of the world.
