Our Process
Goodhue Immigration will provide personalised advice and assistance at every step of the visa application process.
Step One – Initial Assessment
Complete our initial assessment form – the information you provide in this form will help us to determine your eligibility for a New Zealand visa and provide you with advice about your options. Click here to complete the initial assessment form online now
Step Two – Detailed quote and written agreement
Based on the information provided in your initial assessment form, we will provide you with a detailed quote for the cost of our services – this will be a fixed fee, including the cost of any disbursements where known, and will be reflective of the work involved in assisting you with your specific visa application to Immigration New Zealand. At this stage, we will only recommend proceeding to the next step in the process if we believe your application has a chance of success. We will also provide you with a full written agreement which covers the terms of engaging Goodhue Immigration.
Step Three – Detailed report of your visa options
If the quote and written agreement are acceptable to you and you choose to engage Goodhue Immigration to provide immigration advice, you will receive a detailed report outlining your visa options and advice on how to proceed.
Step Four – Application Submission
We will work with you to compile your supporting documentation and application form, including any additional information that we believe may assist Immigration New Zealand in assessing your application. We will then lodge your completed application with Immigration New Zealand on your behalf.
Step Five – Processing
Once your application is accepted by Immigration New Zealand, we will liaise with Immigration New Zealand and keep you informed on the progress of your application on a regular basis.
Step Six – Decision
We will let you know of your application result within 24 hours of notice from Immigration New Zealand.
Already started the process of applying for a visa yourself but now need some advice and help?
If you have already commenced the visa application process directly with Immigration New Zealand by yourself and are wanting to engage a licensed immigration adviser part way through the process – perhaps because you have received a potentially prejudicial information letter that you are unsure of how to answer – please get in touch to discuss how Goodhue Immigration can assist you at whatever stage in the process you are at.
